- Choose your preferred method to submit your images. If you would like me to pick them up, I will contact you to arrange a mutually agreeable time and place — many previous clients have chosen Wegmans.
- Once I have your images, I will assess them and notify you of what I plan to do and the approximate cost. I may present you with options at this point that would be more cost-efficient. For example, if the object of the image is surrounded by a background in poor shape, you might choose have the background cropped and just restore the object of the image like this example.
- Also at this point, if you have decided that you do not want to continue with Rochester Photo Restoration, I would appreciate notification. You will only be charged the pick-up fee if you used this service and the cost of returning your original images if applicable.
- Once you have decided on what work you want done, I will complete it in a timely manner.
- When the image(s) are completed, I will provide you with a sample copy for your approval along with options for the finished product (if applicable). For example, you may choose to just have the digital copy sent to your computer. If you have many images, you may want to have them on a CD or SD card so you can easily transfer them to your computer or digital frame. Or you may wish to have certain images printed for display. Whatever you decide, Rochester Photo Restoration will do everything possible to meet your needs!
- Once all work is completed to your satisfaction, I will send you the completed images along with an invoice. This can be paid by credit card through PayPal, by personal check or by cash.
